Architectural Romance (Urban Geometry)
Part 1: The foundation of the shoot. Visual strategy, locations, and detailed styling.
1. Concept & Mood
Idea
A couple in a modern metropolis. Integration into the monumental architectural rhythm while preserving their own distance and internal boundaries. We create a visual contrast between the refinement of human silhouettes and the cold, rigid forms of concrete and glass. The aesthetic of absolute minimalism, hidden emotions, understatement, and strong visual geometry. A complete departure from the banal „vanilla“ love story in favor of a detached, cinematic fashion editorial. The characters exist in the same space, but there is always a readable intellectual tension and intrigue between them.
Mood
Confident, cinematic, restrained. Emphasis on internal tension between the characters without explicit demonstration of feelings.

2. Location
The location dictates strict geometry.
Symmetrical Stairs
Optimal for power poses, centered composition with movement toward the camera, and asymmetrical positioning of subjects.
Diagonal Wall
A solid background for fashion portraits. Leading lines create dynamics. The location is suitable for static shots and macro details.
Glass & Stone
Designed for wide establishing shots. Reflections in glass, the scale of architecture, positioning the couple as a detail within a large space.
Railings and Benches
Zone for shooting from a low angle. Forming silhouettes against a clear sky, sun, and empty space.
3. Styling & Beauty (Guide)
Clothing requirements: architectural minimalism, clean geometric lines, volume contrasts, and no decoration.
Color Scenarios
4 palettes depending on the location, weather, and clothing style of the models. Mixing scenarios with each other is not recommended.
White, concrete, pure black. Accent: wine. Ideal for harsh sun and hard shadows (Zone A).
Navy, steel, icy grey. Accent: deep blue. Ideal for glass facades (Zone C).
Ivory, taupe, dark chocolate. Saves the shot in overcast weather.
Faded graphite, khaki/olive, light cement. Accent: terracotta. For leather coats (Zone B).
🚫 Strict Stop-List (Excluded from the frame)
- × Skin-tight silhouettes (skinny jeans, leggings)

- × Visual noise (floral prints, plaid, logos)
- × Bright colors (neon, fuchsia, red — except for lipstick)
- × Sportswear (sneakers, hoodies, track jackets)
- × Commercial makeup (contouring, bold brows)
- × Flimsy knitwear (shapeless sagging fabric)
- × Everyday accessories (backpacks, smartwatches, hair ties)
- × Wrinkled fabric (only special textures are allowed)
Part 1: Concept of Contrast (Main Looks)
Female look — a bright spot, Male look — a dark monolith.
White or cream oversized masculine-cut pantsuit. Blazer with structured shoulders, long palazzo pants. Base — a smooth bandeau top. Footwear strictly with pointed toes (ankle boots/pumps).
Total Black or black mixed with graphite. Oversized double-breasted blazer or a long classic straight-cut coat. Base — a black turtleneck. Straight trousers with pleats. Footwear: chunky derbies, chelsea boots.
Part 2: Mood Shift (Alternative)
Options to change the visual rhythm of the series.
Total Black for both. Maxi leather trench coats, narrow black sunglasses, chunky footwear with square or lug soles.
Female look: smooth black straight-cut maxi dress with a closed neck. Male look: oversized grey suit with a beige (camel) trench coat draped over it.
Part 3: Working with Texture (Conceptual)
For overcast weather (texture compensates for flat light). Her: heavy maxi dress made of thick knitwear (anthracite/cool beige), creating large folds. Him: chunky oversized knit sweater with a high neck.
Pleated elements for both. Vertical folds on wide trousers or floor-length skirts visually rhyme with the lines of stairs and columns.
Asymmetrical blazers, unconventional collars, off-center buttons, or exaggerated sleeves to create a complex high-fashion editorial effect.
MUA Brief (Beauty)
Hair: Strict forms. Fluffy curls are excluded. Recommended: smooth low ponytail, strict bun, or wet hair look slicked back.
Makeup (High-Fashion Editorial). Two options:
- Option 1 (Editorial Nude): Glowing skin effect (glass skin). Maximum hydration. Translucent foundation, spot concealer. Cold sculpting. Brows are fixed upwards with clear gel (fluffy). Lips — clear balm.
- Option 2 (Statement Lip): The „bare“ skin and fluffy brows base remains. Add an accent: classic red or deep wine lipstick. Requires a perfectly sharp contour and a matte texture.
Male Grooming: T-zone matting (to avoid shine under the harsh sun), spot concealing redness/dark circles, fixing brows with gel, using a matte lip balm.
